From Outdated Website and Excel to a new Digitalized experience
Energo Pro, a leading company with more than 2.6 million clients entered a new digitalization efforts to improve productivity and user experience. With a new Sales Director, coming from IT, Energo-Pro started several projects to kick off their online presence and improve Sales Efficiency.
We worked together on 2 projects - Improving the website while comibining a 3 outdated websites into 1 power hub where SEO was essential and CRM integration, where 60+ Sales organization had to be onboarded on the CRM with a lot of custom Integrations
Energo Pro had several very clear goals.
A new CRM and a new Website
The solution involved a ground-up implementation of HubSpot as the single source of truth for all sales and marketing data. We have conducted 20+ interviews with different team members. Then we have outlined the proces in FigJam - our visual Board where the process was created and documented

HubSpot Implementation
Hubspot implementation was executed following our 5 steps approach. Beside extremely high complexity on Energo-Pro's process and all team hierarchy, our team manage it. We had to clean a lot of dublicate and non structured data from multiple systems and adapt it to modern Object and associations based data model which Hubspot Supports.
The new System contains 300+ Automations to help the team with Setting up KPIs, Tasks, Reminders and Energo-Pro's extremely complex Level of Approval Logic on Quotes
Website Rebuild
Energo Pro initially had 3 websites. While we conduct User Experience Research, we ended up on a conclusion to combine them while enhancing SEO efforts using a single domain with Strong authority. The user journey and sitemap architecture was entirely re-build and a new modern design was introduced while following corporate Brand Guidelines
